7月9日讯 巴西前锋维尼修斯在个人社交媒体发布动态，就美洲杯出局向巴西球迷致歉。

维尼修斯写道：“美洲杯之旅结束了，是时候反思一下，弄清楚如何应对失败了。如今挫败感再度涌上我的心头，我想再次声明有关我的停赛处罚。

“我吃到了两张本可以避免的黄牌，又一次在场边目睹了我们被淘汰，这一次是我的错，我对此表示歉意，我可以听到批评声，相信我，最严厉的批评来自于我的内心。

“幸运的是，我的国家队旅程才刚刚开始，和我的队友一起，我们将有机会把这支国家队提升到应有的地方，我们会回到顶端，向你们表达爱意，我们团结在一起！”

美洲杯1/4决赛，巴西被乌拉圭淘汰。本场比赛维尼修斯因累计黄牌停赛。此前美洲杯小组赛第三轮，巴西1-1哥伦比亚。维尼修斯开场7分钟肘击J罗染黄。第一张黄牌则是小组赛对巴拉圭时维尼修斯抱怨裁判染黄。
